June 28 Update

Mercer Count Freedom Festival

• Meet in parking lot at MCCC no later than 2pm to meet Margot (baritone) for parking passes and carpooling.
• Parking Area at the field is 1/2 mile from the Old Trenton Road Entrance, on the left side. Click Here for the map and to get directions: http://goo.gl/maps/R2zsw.
• Your music will be at the park with the equipment, chairs and stands. There is NO need to go to the band room.
• Be seated by 2:30pm for saying 'hi' to Lou, completing the sound check, and tuning.
• Performance Downbeat at 3:00pm. (~2 hour performance).
• Water will be provided.
• Dress "Cool, Comfortable, and Patriotic". Bring Hats, Sunscreen and Bug Spray.

***We need help loading after the performance and unloading the van at the college. Please help. It doesn't take much time to unload.

Cranbury Fireworks

• Loading the Van at MCCC will be around 4:00pm. Please feel free to stop by and Help!
• Sandwiches and snacks will be provided for us at 5:30pm in the Gazebo.

• Your music will be at the park with the equipment, chairs and stands. There is NO need to go to the band room.
• Be seated by 6:00pm to complete the sound check, and tuning.
• Performance Downbeat at 6:30pm. (~2 hour performance).
